Infinite Crescendo Portal
Hosted by Carly Jo Carson
Breathwork is a very powerful modality for healing trauma, anxiety and even physical ailments. Having a committed breathwork practice is a great way to clear out and prevent energetic blockages that are keeping us from living our fullest life. It allows us to dive deep into the psyche so that we can hear what our inner wisdom is trying to communicate. It connects us with our inner healer. There is magic that happens in these sessions, often in the form of symbols that arrive with clear guidance on ways to heal relationships, find compassion, forgiveness, self-love and connection.
In this monthly container, artist, healer, and journey designer Carly Jo Carson guides breath journeys using the sonic Arcs of Infinite Crescendo, a music collaboration between her and Paul Butler. These Arcs are transformational modern-day rituals to help heal suffering and disconnection.
The Infinite Crescendo Portal is a space for individual growth and collective healing. After each breath journey we will come together to process our experience. We gain so many insights from group integration. It is the act of listening to someone else’s experience that, in many instances, unlocks an understanding of our own, and often a collective theme emerges that surprises us all.
To deepen this exploration, as part of this course, there will be a monthly Heart Song practice to connect us with the unique music of our own souls. Singing is pure heart medicine. Through creative vocalization exercises, we will connect to our authentic voices as an embodied metaphorical practice to find and strengthen our voices in the world. The monthly vocalization workshop will include improvisation, finding harmony, mantra, song writing prompts and more. These sessions are optional but highly encouraged, even (and perhaps especially) if you don’t consider yourself musical.
In addition to the breathwork journeys and unlimited access to the Arcs, the Infinite Crescendo Portal will also offer a growing 'micro- journey’ library of 5-20 minute guided meditations and breathwork practices with powerful and evocative soundscapes to help explore and integrate specific aspects of the self. Many will be contributed by inspiring artists, designers and healers such as Elena Stonaker, Josephine Foster, Jacqueline Suskin, Alma Tetto and Mara Hoffman.
As the community bonds, those who feel called to do this work together in person will have priority access to the Heart Song retreats (previously held in Bonny Doon, California and Mallorca, Spain).

“In essence the soul is the force of remembrance in us. It reminds us that we are children of the eternal and that our time on earth is meant to be a pilgrimage of growth and creativity. This is what music does. It evokes a world where ancient beauty can resonate within us again.”
