IC Journey / Arc II

What to bring:

• Comfortable bed setup- We will be outdoors on a dirt horse corral. I suggest you bring a sheet or towel for under your bed that you dont mind getting dirty + a comfortable bed set up.   People often bring a blanket to fold or a sheepskin for underneath them plus a blanket for on top. It has been chilly in Topanga!

• Warm clothes : Layers, hat, socks

• A pillow

• An eyemask (or something to tie around your eyes). I will have plenty if you don’t have your own

• Water bottle

• Journal (optional  - but so many messages come through during the sessions and its nice to be able to write them down)
