Heart Song Retreat

Heart Song is a deeply immersive journey into the self through breath and song. Join us this summer in a gorgeous location in Bonny Down, CA. We will also be experimenting with group vocal exercises designed to connect us with our truest voice. This is not a retreat for only the musically inclined. You do not need to have any experience with music, and if you dislike your voice - even better. My intention is for us all to find authentic unexpected harmony, as a metaphorical practice for finding harmony in our lives. If you do play an instrument, please bring it. There will also be creative integration tools such as visual art, yoga, dance, sound healing meditations, as well as a cedar sauna, pool, bikes and endless nature trails and creeks to explore. All meals will be organic from local farms and extremely nourishing and delicious!
